I am BACK!

Hello there!

How is everyone doing? I am very good, I am back from vacation and ready to start posting again!  I missed your nice comments in my posts, I missed you all!

So today I have something different. I was in Catwalk, because there you can find many creaitve outfits so I found these:



These outfits aren't my style, aren't the best, but you can surely see that these girls actually TRIED to make a creative outfit even though they didn't use worthy items, but cheap ones. But the result here is nice, because it's not just a dress with high heels, but with tights, many belts and accessorizes.

Probably these girls aren't superstars so that's why they don't have better quality items. But I think they did a great work with the items they had and  you can see it yourself. This IS creativity.

Mortal Kiss 2 Store

Hello,

So today I was looking around and noticed that the items of the new Mortal Kiss 2 shop were released. Although the shop tab on the Mortal Kiss 2 page is still not working and there is no actual, shop, we can see the items under "New".

Now as you may have noticed, there are several glitches. Below are all of the problems.



Items doubled (or tripled) up all with different prices. Some free while the other costs money. My advice, buy want you want now, while the glitches are still in effect. I know I am taking advantage of some of these. But what are your thoughts? Do you think there are more that we just can't see?

Miss Stardoll World Begins

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
As we all know, the most awaited competition will be hitting Stardoll in two days. I have been posting the latest news once it is released for the past few weeks. Today though, my post is about how the members of Stardoll are preparing.

I was browsing through Stardoll and I came across this on one members presentation.

The moment the message of MSW returning to Stardoll, we were flooded with messages like this.

I was even looking at a shop and saw these:

I know there are more but those where the only two designs available in the shop where they were being sold.

Now my problems is not with advertising. I am fine with people wanting to trying to win. My problem is with the "Help me win Miss Stardoll World and I will give the person who helped me most (fill in the blank)" or "Vote me Miss Stardoll World and I will give everyone (fill in the blank)". That is not trying to win fairly, that is bribing my friends. That is my problem with Miss Stardoll World.

This competition can be very easily related to Covergirl. The person who has the best suite or is the most dedicated member doesn't win, haha no only that would happen in a perfect virtual world. No, the sad truth is, the person who has the most gold coins up in the top right corner of the screen wins. We have all visited the Covergirl's suite and felt our shoulders and hearts sink as the person who has won, is busy thanking everyone for the sweet (kissing up) comments but no one seems to pay attention to the fact that, quite honestly, their suite is terrible and the MeDoll is no better. Sadly, MSW will be no better.

I know I have already been flooded with messages and Guestbook comments saying "Vote me Miss Stardoll World!!!". I just delete them and move on. I, just like every other member of Stardoll, wish that I could by some odd chance be chosen as Miss Stardoll World or at least be a finalist but I don't by any means plan on spending 100's or stardollars on advertising giving me a bit of a slighter chance of getting an achievement on a virtual website. That is after all what this all is, a virtual website.

But enough about me, what are your thoughts on all of this?

Myself and Eamonn (FashionMan.) have started a new blog called Fashion Police: Dollywood Edition where we once a week take one member of Stardoll high society (Elite) or a regular member and judges their style and then makes her/him GORGEOUS, telling them what to wear and what NOT to wear!

Zombie Offer

Hello dear readers,

Today, as I logged into Stardoll and checked my messages I see a rather funny title.

"Zombie Time on Stardoll..."

Now at first I was thinking we were getting a new store. I must admit, I did get pretty excited. Then I clicked on and opened the message and my heart sank. No, just one more deal....

Yes, those cursed deals that Stardoll just adores. This time though, Stardoll decided to get their Zombie on. The deal is:

Spend between 100-199 stardollars in Starplaza, get 10 stardollars back (:P)

Spend between 200 and 499 (whoa big jump) in Starplaza, get 40 stardollars back.

Spend 500 stardollars or more in Starplaza, get 250 stardollars back.

(And then Stardoll brings in their favorite thing. Free clothing)

If you spend 100 stardollars or more, you will receive 10 stylish (as put by Stardoll) gifts and stardollars in your suite on August 29th.

All I have to say to finish my little critic on this offer is, if the rest of those 10 items are ANYTHING like that in the picture, they will see the bottom dark corner of my storage and never see the light.

Mortal Kiss

Hello!

A few nights ago I was waiting for my older sister to get home from work. Everyone else was asleep and I just needed to kill time. I was looking around Stardoll and I come across Mortal Kiss: Fool's Silver. Now, I knew what the first one was a few months ago when it was released but I never had an interest in reading it. All the shops and contests seemed pretty strange too. So because I know how my sister so well, I knew her shift at the hotel ended at 11 but she was still probably talking with the next person to come on for night audit so I decided to take a look at this sequel.

The story is pretty clear and easy to follow. I would probably understand and enjoy it more if I had followed the first one. It is still enjoyable to read though.

Now we all know Stardoll. Keeping that fact in mind, we know Stardoll loves their calenders. Christmas Calender, Ramadan Calender (currently going as well), and now, the Mortal Kiss calender.

Looking at the Mortal Kiss calender page we see that the book and the club are up and running but two tabs are not reading for us to click and explore. The contest tab and the store tab. Now, contests, I can care less about, it's the shop I am looking forward to. The first shop that came out that was based on Mortal Kiss was strange but still pretty neat. Because of my being low on funds, I never bought any of it though. To be honest, I am really looking forward to the new shop.
